Memorialization

We are pleased to offer a selection of memorials, all of which are customizable to directly reflect the individual(s) they are memorializing. Since this process is custom, we have created a self-service design process that is available for most memorials, allowing us to efficiently serve families through the design process. Please note, we do offer memorial design appointments (based on office availability) but we will extend a $250 credit towards the memorial if the self-service design process is utilized.

If you are unsure whether or not you pre-purchased a memorial, please click here and submit an Other Inquiry form with as much information as you are able to provide (i.e. full legal name, name of spouse (if purchased together), alternative (maiden) name that items might've been purchased in, contract number, etc.) and we will respond with the requested information.
