Memorialization

We are pleased to offer a selection of memorials, all of which are customizable to directly reflect the individual(s) they are memorializing. In order to more efficiently serve families, we have created a self-service design process that is available for most memorials. For more information about these memorials or the self-service design process, please click here. 

If you are unsure whether or not you pre-purchased a memorial, please click here and submit an Other Inquiry form with as much information as you are able to provide (i.e. full legal name, name of spouse (if purchased together), alternative (maiden) name that items might've been purchased in, contract number, etc.) and we will respond with the requested information.
